At Xsentrek Events, we strive to deliver the best event experiences to all our participants. The following outlines our No Refund Policy:

  1. General: Once a ticket is purchased for any event organized by Xsentrek Events, we do not offer a refund on the ticket. This policy is applicable across all types of events hosted by us.
  2. Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events, Xsentrek Events reserves the right to retain ticket fees. In such circumstances, we may consider transferring your ticket to a rescheduled date or a similar future event.
  3. Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, the tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If a participant cannot attend on the rescheduled date, Xsentrek Events will not provide a refund.
  4. No Show: If a ticket holder fails to attend the event for any reason, no refund will be provided. The ticket is considered as ‘used’ even if the ticket holder did not attend the event.
  5. Ticket Transfers: Tickets purchased are only transferrable if Xsentrek Events is informed about the transfer 72 hours before the event starts. However, no refunds are offered if the new ticket holder cannot attend the event.
  6. Accommodation and Travel: Xsentrek Events is not responsible for any personal expenses related to accommodation and travel. In the event of cancellations or postponements, no compensation will be given for accommodation or travel expenses.
